The Ballroom
Our largest and most versatile space, the Ballroom offers 10,000 square feet of flexible event space. Airwalls allow the room to be divided into four separate sections, making it ideal for conferences, banquets, trade shows, celebrations and events of all kinds. Additional features include direct loading dock access, close proximity to the kitchen, professional AV and lighting, and multiple guest entrances.
Atrium Lobby
The Atrium Lobby serves as our bright, welcoming main entrance. This 4,400 square foot area is filled with natural light and features two primary outdoor entrances, two large barn door windows that open into flexible side rooms perfect for ticketing, coat check, or concessions. The lobby flows directly into the Ballroom, yet it is also well-suited to serve as the primary space for smaller events.
Group Meeting Area
The Group Meeting Area is a versatile mid-sized space, offering 1,000 square feet of a comfortable and practical environment idea for focused group work and interactive sessions. The room can be divided into two smaller rooms, making it highly functional for both large and smaller group needs.
CTC/EVC Executive Boardroom
The CTC/EVC Executive Boardroom is our premier small-group meeting space, offering approximately 400 square feet with comfortable seating for 12 around a large conference table. Featuring two large screens, this room is plug-and-play ready for any laptop, making it perfect for presentations, board meetings, executive sessions and high-level planning.
