Share your event details and preferred dates through our simple online inquiry form. Tell us what type of event you are holding, how many guests you anticipate, your budget expectations, and any important details to help us prepare a customized quote for you.
Initial Consultation
Our team will reach out to discuss your vision and provide a personalized tour if requested. We will provide a detailed quote for your consideration, valid for 30 days. We offer a secondary consultation if desired before you make your decision to book your event with us
Booking & Planning
Once you make your booking official, we will begin work on developing a customized plan for your event. We'll schedule an additional consultation roughly one month prior to your event. A 25% deposit due at booking, with an additional 50% installment due 14 days prior to your event. The balance is due upon set-up or load-in.
